Mahjong brought the four of us together as a group of friends with a unified passion to always play one more game! We share a love of the game, passion for beautifying our surroundings, and an understanding that our generation loves a moment to get dolled up and share a social past-time.
As born and raised New England women, we all connect to the beauty of the Gilded Age in Newport, RI - an inspired location where Mahjong was a once-loved activity at the Mansions on the sea. The Bird Bam tile represents the most beautiful tile of every set. Together the Gilded Birds host elevated Mahjong gatherings inspired by a bygone era, instructional sessions to grow the Mahjong community, and represent stunning merchandise to pair with it!
